ClimeCo Invests in Arborify Forest Conservation through efficient cookstoves in Togo

We are thrilled to announce an investment by ClimeCo in Arborify's efficient cookstove project in Togo. This partnership marks a pivotal moment, enabling us to scale up our production and distribution to an ambitious target of 250,000 cookstoves across the country.

Expanding the reach of our efficient cookstoves is crucial for multiplying their environmental and health benefits throughout Togo. Each stove not only reduces the amount of biomass fuel needed, thereby conserving forests and reducing carbon emissions, but also significantly cuts down on household air pollution, a major health hazard in rural homes.

Climeco, a leader in environmental services, recognizes the transformative potential of our project. Their investment will support increased production capabilities and wider distribution networks. This partnership ensures that more families and communities can access these life-enhancing tools, aligning with Arborify and ClimeCo’s commitment to fostering sustainable development and reducing environmental impact.

With Climeco’s support, our goal is to ensure that every household in need within Togo has access to an efficient cookstove. This scale of distribution is not just about improving air quality and reducing deforestation; it’s about creating a sustainable model that can be replicated globally, demonstrating the profound impact of joint efforts in tackling climate change and enhancing public health.

The road ahead is promising, and with Climeco’s backing, Arborify is set to bring about substantial positive change. We are excited to embark on this expanded phase of our project, and we invite everyone to follow our progress as we work towards a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable Togo.
